Roll Packing Machine
The RPA2 can press and roll Bonnell, open-end and pocket innersprings. The operator loads the machine with individual innersprings via the input table. The innersprings are rolled in brown paper, which is very easy to cut manually.

Pocket Strand Layering Device
This system is ideally suited for all pocket spring coiling machines made at Spühl and automatically places spring coils in a container, so that they can be easily retrieved by the assembly machine. The interim storage in containers is especially suited to low-cost and highly flexible spring production.

FM-1400
Frame Bending Machine
The round or flat material is removed from the reel, straightened and then bent according to the dimensions previously stored in the display. A clip automatically presses together both frame ends. The ready-to-use frame is placed on a tray and is ready for further processing.
